Receive a $2,000 referral bonus when the provider you refer works 160 hours for LocumMD!

Terms and Conditions

• To be eligible for a Referral Bonus, the Provider referred by the Referring Party must not have been presented by, or worked for, LocumMD at any facility within the past 12 months.
• You must receive a confirmation from LocumMD for EACH referral in order to be compensated.
• Referral Bonus amounts are $2,000 for a Physician and $500 for a Provider without a Doctor of Medicine degree.
• The 160 hours worked can be worked over multiple assignments as long as the 160th hour worked is completed within one year of the Referral date.
• The Referral Bonus payment is made 30 days after the Provider has worked 160 hours.
• No Referral Bonus will be paid when a referred Provider places stipulations as to where he or she must or must not work.
• Should a Provider be referred more than once, LocumMD will honor the first referring party only.
• LocumMD reserves the right to end or change the Program Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither LocumMD nor its affiliates will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with this offer.  This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss of or damage to property; and claims of third parties.
